Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important Reminder

• Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you.
• We do not accept returns while the goods are in transit. In special circumstances, please contact customer service. All losses caused shall be borne by the customer.
• It is important not to return items to the sender's address on the package, as this is not our designated return address. Before initiating a return or exchange, kindly contact our sales manager at info@anysongwholesale.com. Please only ship to the address provided by our sales manager, as shipping to any other address may hinder the processing of your return.

What should you do when you receive a defective product?

If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:
1. Contact your sales manager through the website’s instant messenger or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product.
3. Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), a refund will be arranged to your original payment method without having to return the defective product.
If you are unable to provide photos or video, or if the photos or video provided do not establish a quality defect in the item, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
